This is an interview on the Bill Maher show. they interview Seth Rogen. The way the interview is structured is done really well, this is because at the beginning of the interview they talk about his now movie 'The Interview'. They then start talking about the casting for the movie, and then onto why the did this movie. Seth Rogen explains that he has always been fascinated by North Korea, and there rules. The interview then goes onto a lot of different topics, such as smoking 'Weed' and then onto a darker topic of 'Rape'. But the thing they did well was they handled the topic very light-heatedly. This just shows that the style of the interview was both promotional and entertainment. but with a bit of hard news.
The structure of the interview was done really well because they started of with a promotional aspect(The Movie). Then the moved onto a comical topic(Smoking Weed At Work), and then they moved onto a more serous topic of rape. The way they did this was very good and they way the put it all together was done really well. They kept very good rapport though out this interview by keeping good laughter and good eye contact. they also used a lot of hand gestures and body language. This all help the interview keep good speed and conversations as well as deep distinction.
The questions asked were very open questions this is to get the discussion going and to get a good conversation going. This then lead onto other conversations through direct questioning.
The journalistic context of the interview is very television, this is because its a chat show and they use the context to be very fluid and very on going.
